Return Policy

1. Place the items that you want to return in the original package. It’s important that they aren’t used, otherwise we will not accept the return.
2. Send an email to info@younglevels.com with your details and reason of return.
3. Make sure that the package is well covered and packed.
4. No extra costs. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
