Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce website of Young Levels, a bvba with registered office at Fletersdel 52 – 3600 Genk, VAT BE 0652.988.261, RPR Antwerpen, (hereafter ‘Young Levels’) offers her customers the possibility to export the products from her online store to purchase.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to every order placed by a visitor to this e-commerce website (“Customer, Client”). Placing an order via Young Levels online store means that the Customer has consulted these Terms and expressly accepts the applicability of these Terms and Conditions, with the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms and conditions of the Customer are excluded, except if these have been accepted in advance by Young Levels in writing and explicitly.
Article 2: Price
All mentioned prices are expressed in EURO, always including VAT and all other duties or taxes that must be paid by the Client.
All prices are exclusive of shipping costs, see further article 6.
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to additional fees and / or taxes. These fees and / or taxes are not included in the price stated on the website. Possible additional costs on the basis of these surcharges and / or taxes are at the expense and risk of the customer.
The indication of price only refers to the articles as described verbatim. The accompanying photos are designed for decoration and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer and product information

Apparent mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Young Levels. Young Levels is only bound to an obligation of means for the correctness and completeness of the information provided. All colors and descriptions of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. The image and color quality may vary depending on your screen. Young Levels can not guarantee that your screen accurately reflects all characteristics of the actual product.

Article 4: Online purchases
A binding purchase is made when you place an order via the website of Young Levels. The order will be deemed to have been placed when you have completed the last step of the ordering process.
Young Levels reserves the right not to accept the order in case:
- The information you have provided is not incorrect or complete and in case Young Levels doubts its correctness;
- You have not fulfilled an earlier payment obligation;
- You have not accepted your previous orders and / or have not picked them up;
- The delivery address you specified in a country is located where Young Levels does not deliver.
Young Levels will inform you within 5 working days of not accepting the order.
In case a product you have ordered is not in stock, we will inform you immediately and offer you an alternative solution. (eg shipping at a later date, replacement product or refund)
Article 5: Payment
After you have placed your order, you will be referred to a secure payment page on our website with the request to pay for your order.
Young Levels uses the services of Multisafepay B. V. (Kraanspoor 39, 1033 SC Amsterdam, The Netherlands). With the payment of your order you give Multisafepay B.V. the authorization to use your personal data for the processing of transactions.
The customer has the choice between the following payment methods:
- Belfius; ING HomePay; KBC;
- Direct banktransfer
Young Levels is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the customer with regard to orders in which the customer is involved.
In case of a refund we will credit the used card or bank account. We are not responsible for price fluctuations between the currency used for the first payment and the currency of your credit card or bank account when the amount is refunded.
Article 6: Delivery and shipping costs
Every product from Young Levels is handmade. This may possibly delay the delivery process. Young Levels does everything it can to process the order of the customer as quickly as possible, but in any case 30 days after the purchase date, unless otherwise agreed or explicitly determined.
Products from Young Levels are delivered to you via Bpost or another carrier at your delivery address. Once your order is confirmed, we can no longer change the delivery address. We can neither ship to mailboxes nor to forwarding addresses. Delivery generally takes 2 to 5 days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. With this service you can follow your order whenever you wish.
Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an article or other shortcoming on delivery must be immediately reported to Young Levels by the Customer within 48 hours.
The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) from the moment he has received the goods physically. However, the risk already passes to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier, if the carrier of the Customer has been instructed to transport the goods and the choice was not offered by Young Levels.
Article 7: Reservation of ownership
The delivered items remain the exclusive property of Young Levels until the time of full payment by the customer
The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of Young Levels’s retention of title, for example to anyone who seizes the items that have not yet been paid for.
Article 8: Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw the order within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The revocation period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party appointed by the customer, who is not the carrier, physically receives the last shipment or the last part.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Young Levels by means of an unequivocal statement, eg in writing by post or e-mail, of your decision to agreement before the withdrawal period has expired.
The Customer must return the goods without delay, or hand them over to Young Levels (Fletersdel 52, 3600 Genk, Belgium) within the period of 14 calendar days in the original packaging together with all accessories, instructions and proof of purchase. You pay the costs for returning the goods yourself.
If the returned product is reduced in value in any way, Young Levels reserves the right to hold the customer liable and demand compensation for any value reduction of the goods that is the result of the Customer’s use of goods, goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of goods.
If the Customer cancels the agreement, Young Levels will refund all payments received by the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Young Levels has been informed of the Customer’s decision to cancel the contract. In the case of sales agreements, Young Levels can wait for the repayment until it has received all the goods back. Young Levels will reimburse the Customer with the same payment method with which the Customer has performed the original transaction, unless the Customer has explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer will not be charged for reimbursement.
The Customer can not exercise the right of withdrawal for the delivery of goods manufactured according to the specifications of the Customer, or that are clearly intended for a specific person. When ordering personalized articles, the right of withdrawal expires.
Article 9: Right to return your order
Regardless of your right of withdrawal (Article 8), we offer you the opportunity to return the products purchased to us within 14 calendar days, with the exception of personalized items. This period starts from the moment of delivery of your order. Requests for returns after this period will no longer be accepted. 9A return procedure
After having submitted a return request via https://younglevels.shipping-portal.com, You have to download the return label and paste it on the package. The return is free if you use this return label. If you do not use this, you will bear the return costs. You deliver the package to the carrier you have chosen. If your return is received and processed by us, we will inform you by e-mail. Refunds take place within a period of 15 days after receipt of your returned articles.
9B Our conditions
We gladly accept your return, provided that you respect the following points:
- The return is requested within 14 days after delivery of your ordered goods.
- The returned articles must be returned in the original packaging together with all accessories, instructions for use and proof of purchase.
- Each piece is strictly unused and in completely undamaged condition.
- In the case of refunds, the original shipping costs are not reimbursed.
- We do not accept return of personalized articles.
Pay attention: If Young Levels can not make your refund because the above conditions have not been met, you will be notified. Returns that have not been accepted can be sent back to you. In case you do not wish to receive the items back, they will be destroyed. Each party has the right to cancel a purchase in the event of a material breach by the other party on these terms and conditions.
Article 10: Warranty
Pursuant to the law of 21 September 2004 concerning the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods, the consumer has statutory rights. This legal guarantee applies from the date of purchase by the first owner. Every commercial guarantee leaves these rights unabated.
To make an appeal to the guarantee, the customer must be able to present the proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
In determining a defect, the Customer must inform Young Levels as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within a period of two months after it has been determined. Afterwards, no right to repair or replacement lapses.
For articles that were purchased online and delivered to the Customer’s home, the Customer must contact the Young Levels customer service beforehand, after which te Customer must return the article to Young Levels at his expense.
The (commercial and / or legal) warranty never applies:
- For normal wear and tear of the product
- In the event of abnormal or incorrect use of the product or when using the product in violation of the purpose for which it was designed
- In case of non-compliance with maintenance and / or user instructions
- In case of damage to the product due to intent or negligence
- If the product was modified by you or intervened by a third party not designated by Young Levels
- In commercial use
Defects that manifest themselves after a period of 6 months following the date of purchase, if applicable delivery, shall be deemed to be no hidden defects, unless the customer proves otherwise.
The guarantee is not transferable.

Article 12: Sanctions for non-payment
Without prejudice to the exercise of other rights held by Young Levels, the Customer shall owe an interest of 10% per year on the unpaid amount in the event of non-payment or late payment from the date of default, by operation of law and without notice. In addition, the Customer is legally and without notice a flat-rate compensation of 10% on the amount involved, with a minimum of 25 euros per invoice.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, Young Levels reserves the right to take back the (fully) paid items.

Article 14: Adverse validity – non-renunciation
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions. Any failure by Young Levels at any time by Young Levels to enforce any of the rights listed in these Terms and Conditions, or any right to exercise them, shall never be regarded as a waiver of such provision and shall never affect the validity of such rights.
Article 15: Change of conditions
These Terms and conditions are supplemented by other conditions that are explicitly referred to and the general terms and conditions of Young Levels. In case of contradiction, these Terms and conditions prevail.
Young Levels may change these Terms and Conditions without notice. any purchase after the change implies an acceptance by the Customer of these new Terms and Conditions.
Article 16: Evidence
The customer accepts that electronic communications and backups can serve as proof.
Article 17: Intellectual property
It is not allowed to use, transfer or distribute any content from this website without the express written permission of Young Levels.
Article 18: applicable law and disputes
Belgian law applies, with the exception of the provisions of private international law with regard to applicable law and with the Rome-I regulation on international purchase agreements concerning movable property. All disputes regarding the conclusion, validity, interpretation or execution of the agreement or current General Terms and Conditions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian (Antwerp) court where Young Levels is established. If one of the current terms and conditions were declared null and void or if they were not applicable, the remaining conditions will nevertheless remain in full force.
